Every AI-powered tool on AnythingText routes through a third-party model. Here's the complete list — which model, what gets sent, what's kept, and what's not.

No training on your data

All providers below are configured under API terms that exclude user prompts from model training.

No retention on our side

Files and prompts live in memory for the request, then go away. We don't store the bodies of your AI inputs or outputs.

Visible on every tool

Tool cards show 🔒 (browser-only) or ☁ (server-processed) so you always know what route your data takes.

OpenAI

Models in use

  • gpt-4.1-nano — default for writing, summarization, rewriting, code explanation, quiz generation, grammar, and most assistant tools
  • gpt-4.1-mini — longer-form tasks (blog content, research summaries)
  • gpt-4.1 — vision tasks (image analysis, screenshot-to-table, handwriting OCR)
  • dall-e-3 — image generation (text-to-image, AI logo, AI profile photo, icons)

What's sent

Your prompt text, and for vision tools, the base64-encoded image. For PDF/text tools, the extracted content. No user identity, no email, no cookies.

Retention

OpenAI API retains inputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deletes. Not used for training. OpenAI's policy.

ElevenLabs

What's sent

Text to synthesize + voice ID. For voice cloning: your uploaded voice sample (required). Synthesized audio is returned and cached in our S3 for reuse across users if identical.

Retention

ElevenLabs retains generated audio per their enterprise terms. ElevenLabs privacy.

Serper (Google Search)

SEO Audit, Keyword Suggest, Competitor Analysis, Rank Checker, Pain Finder, AI Reply Drafter (thread finding), SEO Submitter (listings auto-detect), and other search-based tools.

What's sent

Only your search query and number of results requested. No user context. Serper relays the query to Google and returns the organic results.

Retention

Serper logs queries for rate-limiting. Serper privacy.

Google OAuth2

accounts.google.com · authentication only

Used only for sign-in. We receive your name, email, and profile picture URL. We don't request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any Google Workspace data. We never see your Google password.

PayPal

paypal.com · payments only

All payments are processed by PayPal. We never see your card number, bank account, or billing address. We store only the PayPal transaction ID (for refund lookups) and the plan/duration you purchased.
